Newsletter sign-ups
Efforio collects newsletter sign-ups on your website and keeps the list. It does not send newsletters: you send them with the mail tool you choose, from the exported list.

Collect sign-ups
- Add a Newsletter section to a page in the editor and publish. Newsletter sign-ups are part of some plans; the pricing page shows which.
- Every sign-up gets a confirmation email with a link (double opt-in). It comes from your website's verified mail domain, or from Efforio's no-reply address if you have none.
- Until the link is used, the address shows as “Pending confirmation”. A sign-up that is not confirmed within 7 days is deleted.
- Visitors with an account on your website can also join the list by agreeing to news in their account.
See and export the list
- The console shows every sign-up under the website's Subscribers, with its status, consent, where it signed up and when.
- “Export CSV” downloads the addresses matching the search and filter, up to 50,000 rows. To send a newsletter, filter to Subscribed first.
- Import the CSV into your mail tool and send from there. Your mail tool's own unsubscribe link must be in every newsletter you send.
Unsubscribes
- Every confirmation email carries an unsubscribe link to your website.
- After a send, your mail tool reports who unsubscribed. Paste those addresses into “Import unsubscribes” — up to 5,000 at a time — so the next export leaves them out.
- You can also mark one address as unsubscribed, or delete it from the list.
- An unsubscribed address stays on the list as unsubscribed, keeping only the address, when it left and the record of its consent. Only a new sign-up that is confirmed brings it back.
