Switching register
The data structures, data formats, standards and open interoperability specifications in which you can take your data out of Efforio — published under Article 26 of the EU Data Act.
Last updated: 20 September 2026
What this register covers
It lists the exportable data of a workspace: the content you created, the records your customers generated, and the files you uploaded. Anything you can already download yourself says where. Everything else is provided on request, at no charge, within the switching period agreed in the annex to our terms.
Data, structures and formats

|---|---|---|---|

| Your published website | The pages exactly as visitors receive them. | HTML5 and CSS, with images as WebP, JPEG, PNG or SVG | Directly from your own domain — it is yours and it keeps serving until you move it |

| Workspace and team | Workspace settings, members, their roles and open invitations. | JSON | On request |
Standards these formats follow
- CSV as specified in RFC 4180, UTF-8 encoded, comma separated, with a header row.
- JSON as specified in RFC 8259, UTF-8 encoded.
- Dates and times as ISO 8601, in UTC.
- Amounts as whole minor units of the currency, with the currency as an ISO 4217 code.
- Country codes as ISO 3166-1 alpha-2.
- Calendar entries written into your own account through the Google Calendar and Microsoft Graph APIs, so they survive the switch as ordinary calendar events.
- Images as WebP, JPEG, PNG or SVG; video as MP4; documents as PDF — all openly specified formats that need no Efforio software to read.
Asking for an export
Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account and say which of the data above you need. We do not charge for the switching process. We provide the export within 30 days of the request, or tell you within that time why we need longer and how much longer we need.
Automated switching tools
Efforio does not offer a self-service tool that migrates a workspace to another provider automatically, and does not claim compatibility with any particular destination platform. Exports are prepared by us on request in the formats above.
What this register does not cover
- Data belonging to other customers of the platform, and anything that would reveal it.
- Information that would give away how the platform is built, where that is protected as a trade secret.
- Server and security logs, which exist for operating and defending the service rather than as your records.
- Values derived for internal use only, such as search indexes and counters, which carry nothing your own records do not.
