Contact form messages
When a visitor sends the contact form on your website, the message is stored in your workspace and your team is told by email.

Add a contact form
Add a Contact section to a page in the editor and publish. Visitors enter their name, email address, an optional subject and their message.
Where messages arrive
- Every message appears in the console under the website's Messages. Filter by unread or read, or search.
- Every member of the workspace gets an email about each new message.
- If the website has a verified mail domain, the visitor gets a short receipt from it — at most one per address and day.
- If a website suddenly receives very many messages, they are still stored, but the emails about them pause for the hour.
Reply and tidy up
- “Reply” opens your own mail program with the visitor's address, so the answer comes from your mailbox.
- Mark a message as read or unread, or delete it. Deleting cannot be undone.
- Messages are kept until you delete them, or until the website is deleted.
What not to ask for
Do not ask visitors through the form for health information, allergies or other special categories of personal data.
