Report illegal content
Efforio hosts websites, shops, menus and booking pages for independent businesses. If something published on one of them — or on this site — breaks the law, report it here and we will look into it.
What this form is for
Use it for content you believe is unlawful: counterfeits, defamation, hate speech, privacy violations, scams and similar. For questions about your own account, an invoice or a technical fault, please use the contact page instead — reports sent here are handled as legal notices, which is slower than support.

- Your report is recorded with the date and time shown on the confirmation.
- We assess the content against the law and our terms — in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective way.
- If we find the content unlawful we may remove it, restrict access to it, stop it from being published again, or suspend the account behind it.
- We tell you the outcome and our reasons by email, and we inform the customer who published the content. Your identity is disclosed to them only where that is strictly necessary.
Other ways to report
You can also send a report by email or post using the provider details in our legal notice. A report by any route carries the same weight as one sent through this form.
